A variety of dishes, ranging from simpler to more elaborate recipes which will include four mezze, a main dish and one dessert. Every workshop is unique and will feature a different menu, which will entice you to return. A delicious lunch will be provided at the workshop’s conclusion so you can taste the dishes shown in the demonstration, together with a matching glass of wine (or non-alcoholic beverage) will be provided.
A feast for the eyes and the palate, these dishes prepared at Ghenwa’s Culinary Club, ranging from Tabouleh (seasoned parsley and chopped tomatoes salad), Baba Ghanoush (eggplant puree, also known as aubergine caviar), to Lamb Sambousek (pastry filled with mince and pine nuts), Rooz Maa Dajaj (chicken with rice), and Kinafeh (cheese dessert). These are just a few of the mouth-watering dishes that can be expected. The mainstay of Lebanese cuisine is food for the soul. It is authentic, flavoursome, and hearty.
